ModuleCo Healthcare are unique not only in our ability to offer tailored Hire Solutions for our high specification modular buildings, but we are also the only modular provider to successfully implement and run several Managed Service Agreements to many clients throughout the NHS.

This approach offers healthcare providers the option of having our high specification facilities installed and fully project managed throughout the rental period, allowing hospitals to concentrate on providing world class healthcare services.

Bespoke MSAs combine the costs of the entire end-to-end project into one manageable, monthly fee that can be paid across an agreed period.

Benefits of Managed Service Offering

  • Inclusion of Hard and Soft Services covering off building maintenance and faults through regular Planned Preventative Maintenance visits and call outs. Soft Services will be taken care of by our dedicated Soft Services provider. Trusting the experts to take care of the building and services associated means the Trust is able to concentrate on continuously providing world class care and support to patients on a regular basis.
  • Option to include equipment means that additional capital is not required before the trust can operate the facility. ModuleCo Healthcare would provide the relevant funds to procure the equipment that will ensure the facility can be fully operational upon handover.
  • Consumable’s option takes out the headache of the trust managing stock control and procurement of day-to-day items for the smooth running of the facility. Our innovative method of managing consumables means stock control will be maintained at an efficient level minimising the need for over stocking and reducing costs.
  • VAT recoverability - all our Managed Service Options can recover VAT saving the trust 20% on the overall monthly charge.
